Photos offer something other art forms don’t: a single slice of time that lets the viewer think, learn, remember, wonder, and dream.

I would look at photos like The Stallion (by Kalle Gustafsson; you can see a little of it in my picture) and dream a little myself.

Could I do that? Could I be in a scene like that?    

Eventually I picked up a camera. This website is what has come of that dream; a collection of the photos I’ve captured, the scenes I’ve found myself in.

What I didn’t expect was the experience of meeting people as I went, forming stories with them, or passing through other stories as an observer.

Whether it’s the photos or the stories accumulated in pursuit of wonder, I hope you enjoy and go find your own scenes to capture.
